 Greg
Menken is the owner and Broker for the Shoreline
family of companies. Greg started Shoreline Properties
and Shoreline Vacation Rentals in 1986. Greg still works
the phones to help you choose the best home or property
for your needs. Greg is a private pilot and is working
for his instrument rating. He enjoys photography: the
aerial shots of the homes are his. In his "former life" Greg
was a voice and speech pathologist and earned his Ph.D.
in Instructional Technology from USC. He now uses those
skills to foster creation of this web site and to make
it easy for his clients to understand the intricacies
