Set on
Todd Point just south of Fort Bragg this big family
house offers everything a group could want. Open floor
plan, ocean views, access to the bluffs a block away
plus an easy drive into Fort Bragg - just two minutes
north of the house. Mendocino is 10 minutes south and
the shopping center is just two minutes east. Still,
from the house you can hear the buoys, the ocean seals
and wildlife just outside your window. Year round sunsets
are a highlight of the this two story house. Decks wrap
around the house on the west and south and the spa is
just outside for your convenience. Set on an acre of
coastal plain, you'll enjoy the wide open spaces with
plenty of room to walk, bike or just lounge around.
The new Noyo Bluffs park is literally a block away with
year-round access to the bluffs and rugged seaside of
Todd Point as it overlooks the entrance to Noyo Harbor.
One master suite and two additional bedrooms are just
off the living room while the upstairs takes advantage
of the panoramic ocean views while it gives guests more
sleeping space with a second master suite with queen
and large den with office and wet bar.
