Point Liberty is our newest oceanfront extravaganza located walking distance south of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens.  With 180 degree whitewater views, every room in the house offers ocean views.

A light, airy interior compliments the coastal ambience.  Several features make this house unique from any other home we offer: 1) music throughout the house with controls in main living area and all bedrooms; 2) fully stocked kitchen for those of you who insist on a ‘cook’s’ house; 3) low-voltage lighting that provides excellent visibility for reading and puzzles with rheostats for setting the ambience; 4) over a thousand square feet of stamped concrete decking on the ocean side of the house and 5) an outdoor shower, fish-cleaning sink and new spa that beg your indulgence.

There is exceptionally easy access down to the water.  At low tide, it is even possible to get to a small, very private, gravel beach.  The house is at one of the westernmost points on the coast, so the owners have installed a small lighthouse at the bluff’s edge.
