As the name implies this newer two story house is not only the 'Right Place' but perhaps the perfect place for you and your party. With panoramic ocean views in a quiet west-of-Hwy 1 subdivision, the open floor plan and huge upstairs deck were built with relaxation and rejuvination in mind. The wraparound decks lead to a perfectly situated spa on the northwest corner of the house. Hot tubbers will appreciate not only the ocean views but the wonderful east-facing vistas of the coastal plain. The bedrooms all feature queen sized beds and ocean vistas as well.
